Mitsubishi Motors Celebrates 40,000 Sales for the Mitsubishi XPANDER, Malaysia’s No. 1 non-national MPV

Kuala Lumpur, 27 August 2024 – MITSUBISHI MOTORS MALAYSIA (MMM), the official distributor of Mitsubishi vehicles in Malaysia, recently celebrated a significant milestone of reaching 40,000 units of production for the Mitsubishi XPANDER in Malaysia. Today, the company is happy to celebrate with XPANDER’s 40,000th proud owner.

The conclusion of the one-month campaign saw the presentation of RM10,000 travel voucher to the lucky 40,000th XPANDER owner, Puan Zaty Ewany a teacher and a mother of five who hails from Selising Pasir Puteh, Kelantan. The handover ceremony of Puan Zaty’s brand-new XPANDER occurred in one of MMM’s authorized dealerships, RIF Auto Sdn Bhd.

Speaking at the event, Shinya Ikeda, CEO of MMM said, “When we launched the XPANDER in late 2020, our vision was to create a vehicle that not only meets the diverse needs of our customers but also enriches our owner’s lifestyle.
