1 June – 15 July 2017. Customers who service their Mitsubishi car at any authorized Mitsubishi Motors service centres will enjoy e-vouchers and free car air freshener (while stocks last).

Mitsubishi’s free maintenance package offers complimentary maintenance on parts lubricants and labour costs. Some of the free maintenance parts that are included are engine oil, oil filter, fuel filters, air cleaner, brake fluid, coolant, differential oil and transmission oil (Based on the recommended scheduled service).

Mitsubishi Motors Ranked Number One in J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2016

In the J.D. Power Asia Pacific 2016 Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) study, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia was ranked first over 16 automakers with 815 points over 1000 points in an overall sales satisfaction among mass market brands in the SSI study.

The company scored an almost perfect score across the categories – satisfaction, sales initiation, dealership, deal, salesperson, delivery timing and process.

Now in its 14th year, the study examines sales satisfaction in the mass market segment across six factors that contribute to overall customer satisfaction with the new-vehicle purchase experience (in order of importance): salesperson (19%); dealer facility (19%); delivery timing (17%); deal (16%); delivery process (16%); and sales initiation (13%). Sales satisfaction is calculated on a 1,000-point scale.

 

MMM Sales Network and Others 

The company is currently represented by 59 showrooms (out of which 49 are 3S Centres) and 56 service outlets throughout Malaysia.  In East Malaysia, MMM is represented by 13 showrooms (6 in Sarawak and 7 in Sabah).

The ASX 2WD and 4WD compact SUV is locally assembled in Malaysia while the other Mitsubishi models are imported as CBU (Completely Built-Up) units from Thailand (compact sedan Attrage, Pajero Sport SUV, Triton pick-ups) and Japan (Outlander SUV and Lancer sedan).
